Childish Presents the FW22 Collection “Space Force”

Quickly following up from its recent spooky hoodie release that told a fictional story of a 13-year-old boy who was abducted by aliens, Birmingham-based label Childish has just presented its latest full collection, and it’s packed with UFO themes and intergalactic aesthetics.

Continuing to supply collections that are associated with different narratives, the brand — launched by online personalities and designers Romell Henry and Jay Swingler — recently presented an “Adventure” capsule that was designed to explore the great outdoors. Other drops have been associated with imaginary theme parks. However, each drop has always had an underlying message of being able “to set your inner child loose,” regardless of age.

Now, the brand’s new collection tells the story of a fictional alien called Nathan, who of course, is dressed head-to-toe in the brand’s new “Space Force” collection. Highlights of the collection include the new hoodie made from French Terry Cotton Loopback. It weighs in at a heavy weight of 450 GSM. A full-front DTG print is included on the hoodie, and a Childish logo snap can be found on the hood. The design is completed with sleeve embroidery details. There’s also a lower back print and a silicone badge at the hanger loop.

Elsewhere, “Space Force” also comes with a new reversible puffer jacket which is designed with bungee adjustment at the waist, while its cuffed sleeves are complemented with dropped shoulders to supply a cozy, oversized fit. The coat also features holographic TPU badges along the sleeves, and Childish branding on its usual hanger loop.

Rounding off the collection, other styles are a new graphic T-shirt, jogging bottoms, and a melange of accessories such as new socks, a comic book, and all-new “Childish Space Dust” — a new sugar-free energy drink which comes with a free shaker.

You can take a closer look at the “Space Force” collection from Childish above and the collection is available now on the brand’s official website.
